Delays due to weather, shipping, and Passport Agency closures are not the responsibility of Fastport Passport. We will do everything we can to help mitigate these scenarios, but ultimately Fastport Passport is not responsible for situations outside of our control. Please review the Force majeure clause below.
Fastport Passport LLC Terms Of Service
Any order canceled within 3 calendar days and not under manifest is entitled to a full refund. Any order under manifest occurs after speaking with a representative and a reservation of limited capacity has been placed on your behalf. Given the limited capacity of these manifests, any order under manifest will not be entitled to a refund. If you cancel any time after 3 calendar days, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, any canceled order not entitled to a refund will remain active for 6 months from the date your order was placed and may be processed at any time throughout that period or transferred to a friend or family member. If your trip has been canceled due to illness or cancellation by the airlines, cruise ship carrier, country of destination embroiled in civil unrest, then you can contact Fastport Passport LLC at 877-910-7277 within 24-hours of our receipt of your paperwork.

Refunds for service fees after 72 hours: At Fastport Passport LLC we operate under a very stringent schedule and MUST process all orders within 48 hours. Once your service has been reserved by sending in your completed paperwork, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Fastport Passport LLC reserves the right to refuse the right to process any refund once the documents have been received by our office for processing under extenuating circumstances, usually when the client has requested an assured reserved position in our queue for a specific date and time.
Refund Requests: Can take up to one complete credit cycle to appear back on your credit card on file.
Refunds for International Driving Permit services are available in full.
If you have ordered your Passport/Visa through Fastport Passport LLC and would like to request that we do not complete your transaction then all requests must be communicated through our completed Order Cancellation Request Form (available through this link). We will resolve your request before any dispute should be initiated. Please call us for potential resolution: 877-910-7277 and request to review the Fastport Passport LLC cancellation policy.
Shipping of an Emergency 24 Hour Passport Request:
If you have ordered an EMERGENCY passport through Fastport Passport LLC for 24-hour processing or a 'Same Day Passport' then it is understood that your completed paperwork MUST arrive the day before and will be processed the next business day. Any EMERGENCY order is the client's responsibility to inform Fastport Passport LLC by telephone of the urgency of the passport request and we must be called and notified of any FIRST OVERNIGHT PACKAGE expected to be delivered to Fastport Passport LLC To reiterate. All emergency passport requests MUST call 877-910-7277. Fastport Passport LLC cannot guarantee or be responsible for any third party shipping providers such as FedEx, UPS, or the USPS.
Force majeure clause: Fastport Passport LLC cannot accept any responsibility for delays due to force majeure or 'acts of God' or any naturally occurring weather-related disruptions of service, or loss of documents not within our control being delivered by such services as “other” private couriers, FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS delivery services. Fastport Passport LLC may utilize shipping services in order to overnight deliver your documents directly to our couriers for hand-carry delivery to the U.S. Department of State Passport Agency. Additionally, if FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS or other commercial services deliver shipments to our office late, we will make all good faith efforts to keep our normal schedule but Fastport Passport LLC may not be able to submit documents until the following business day which may cause documents to be delayed and may not be returned in time for the client's departure. Fastport Passport LLC cannot be responsible for delays for this or any other reason. Shipping changes requested by the client while a passport is in processing may pose a potential delay in the delivery of your passport. We will attempt to fix any errors made by Fastport Passport LLC on a client's shipping package as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee the shipping companies immediate resolution. Fastport Passport LLC will only be liable for the service fee we are paid. The service fee that you have paid to Fastport Passport LLC is the total extent of our liability regardless of the reason that your passport/visa could not be issued, or issued in a timely manner. Fastport Passport LLC is permitted to submit a limited number of passport applications for same-day service, for example; Fastport Passport LLC can submit applications to the US Department of State in the morning and pick up on the same afternoon.; Fastport Passport LLC clients requesting and paying for same-day service must pay in advance and such payments are non-refundable. One of the limited numbers of same-day passport processing positions will be held for your transaction and therefore cannot be used for another client's transaction. Fastport Passport LLC is not responsible for shipping errors or delays including change of address requests made by the customer or client.
The client hereby authorizes Fastport Passport LLC to expedite and submit my passport application to the U.S. Passport Agency and to accept delivery of the passport for me, on my behalf. Under the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), no information may be released from U.S. Government files without the prior written consent of the individual in question. Consequently, an employee of the U.S. Department of State cannot discuss the details of your passport application with the courier without your permission. I agree to permit a discussion between the DOS and the Fastport Passport LLC representative by signing the Letter of Authorization given to me by Fastport Passport LLC. Please note that by acknowledging the terms and conditions herein signify that you understand the following:
Fastport Passport LLC is acting as your limited passport agent for the limited purpose of submitting and facilitating your application through a passport courier;
Fastport Passport LLC cannot and will not accept responsibility for delays or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under their control, including, but not limited to, Travel Agents, Consulates, Embassies, Department of State Passport Offices, or any other entities or any delivery-service involved in handling passport documents.
You also understand that you are directly paying an additional fee to Fastport Passport, LLC and that government fees are still to be paid by you to the U.S. Department of State, which is their fee for issuing a passport to you.
We help you throughout the passport procuring process in its entirety by helping you submit and retrieve your passport as your authorized registered passport courier, in a time period you have selected. Fastport Passport LLC does not issue or claim to issue your passport or any other travel documents. With this expedited service a travel itinerary is required to be submitted as part of the process. If a travel itinerary cannot be provided, then you promise to provide a letter from a business or hotel stating that you are traveling within the prescribed time period required in order for for US Department of State to accept your application for an expedited service. You acknowledge that Fastport Passport LLC is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by mail couriers such as FedEx or any other commercial carrier. Should Fastport Passport LLC make an error on your expedited process we are solely responsible to issue a credit for our service fee only. This is reviewed on a case by case basis. We are also not responsible for any delays resulting from errors or omissions in the information provided to us by you the Passport client. You, as Applicant/Client, are responsible for completion of all materials on a U.S Passport application correctly. Fastport Passport LLC does not control the decisions made by US Department of State regarding denial or approval of any passport. The content and/or completeness of your applications and statements therein that you submit may affect the decision to either approve or deny your U.S. Passport. You are responsible for the complete and accurate application and the information submitted to the US Department of State for procurement of your passport. Fastport Passport LLC is servicing you in a procurement of a U.S. Passport, but we still have no control over any official requirement that an issuing authority may require. Requirements for procurement of a passport can and will often change from time to time. Fastport Passport LLC cannot be held responsible for changes in U.S. Department of State or Foreign Government requirements, whether mandatory or subjective. Fastport Passport LLC will attempt to notify you of any such changes as they become available. Fastport Passport LLC reserves the right to refuse any service to any customer for any reason that may cause damage, or if inaccurate information that leads to a law being broken, either local, state, or federal. The maximum liability of our refusal of service is limited to the amount of fee paid to and collected by us from you under all circumstances, without limitation. Fastport Passport LLC its owners, employees, couriers and affiliates do not and cannot provide any guarantees implied. Liability is limited to fees paid. If required documentation, whether standard or supporting, is not received by our couriers within the specified time period given to you by your passport specialist, additional charges may be asked of you in order for us to provide you a service by the departure date listed by you in your online order form. Even with additional fees or charges that may be accrued by you and charged to you in such an event, we still can not guarantee that your passport request can be completed within the needed time for your departure. Required documentation is solely the responsibility of the person(s) submitting a passport application. By ordering the service listed the client is agreeing to the terms and conditions of Fastport Passport LLC, you have agreed to purchase the service stated, therefore, when we receive your application for processing, refunds are not possible for any reason, (ie. Flight Cancellations, Missing Flights, Flight Delays, Travel Itinerary Changes, etc...) Refund Policy: If you agree to the terms of service by entering in your application information and submitting payment you are accepting the terms of service.
For All Service Requests; Please note our office hours for times and days of operation. Cancellations by email are not accepted as we must be able to verify the client canceling the order, is indeed in fact, the person that originally placed the order. All orders received by our online system are date and time stamped when they were received. We do not guarantee or imply other than what is stated in these Terms and Conditions. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind. In such a case that litigation arises between you and Fastport Passport LLC, then Fastport Passport LLC reserves the right to hold a hearing in the court of our choice. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to the above without dispute. Any and all orders must accept all the terms and conditions list above in order to use Fastport Passport LLC in procuring a U.S. Passport.
Fastport Passport LLC will make every attempt to secure your passport on time as a registered courier service with the passport agency. If your passport application is suspended or rejected from the passport agency we will resubmit the required documents at no additional cost to the client. The passport will then go back in for processing but will delay your initial passport service and be resubmitted for the processing time selected. In other words, if your passport is rejected it will take double the time to process with the passport agency. All service fees are earned and no refunds will be issued for any suspense case or denial for child support issues.
